Chilcano De Pisco

RECIPE

  • 2 oz. Peruvian Pisco
  • 3/4 oz. Ginger Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters
  • Fill Gingerale
  • METHOD

    Straight

    GLASS

    "High Ball" Zombie Glass Cooled.

    GARNISH

    Strawberry, Lime, Orange Wedges with Cucumber stripes.

    DIRECTIONS

    Put Peruvian Pisco, Ginger Syrup and Fresh lime juice in a high ball glass full of ice, fill with Gingerale and top with the Angostura Bitthers. Decorate.
