Shaken Cocktails

Shaken cocktails are made with cocktail shakers to create chilled, enjoyable mixed drinks. Shaken cocktails have a different texture and taste than stirred cocktails, and have great visual appeal. It is also entertaining to watch people make shaken cocktails. The right garnish also really helps to dress up a cocktail, and is an integral component of a great shaken cocktail.

Pouring Flairfactor Style

There is no " magic flair bartender pour spout " that we all use to entertain but not spill. Most bartenders who flair like to use a straight metal slow pour which has a small opening so that uniforms the pour making it constant and technically controlabble and is used in almost ever flair bartender competition I've ever been involved in but it will spill if you don't do the move right.

The Grand Final of Montreal's Flairbartending Competition THE ULTIMATE BARWARS held on the bar Le Lab on his first edition December 6th 2010, gathering the the Elite of Flairbartending in the Quebec Province, with Jean Vasquez as winner and Fidel Martin Vasquez as second runner up!...a memorable night!!
