The Champion of the Year and World Cocktail of the Year

Pekín, 12/10/2012. Walter Dávalos graduated from the school "Gastrotour Perú" Panamerican Champion IBA 2012, prepared his original recipe, the cocktail "Sweet Dream" made with Bombay gin, cream of apples, orange liqueur , lime juice and Martini Dry, combination of high complexity with very nice color, aroma and taste.

The participants had eight minutes to make their cocktails and according to the statutes of the IBA they only could use one of the sponsored liquor brands of the contest. During the last World Championship competition, the winners of the six different categories of the competition: Before Dinner, After Dinner, Long Drink, Sparkling Drink, Fancy Drink and Flairbartending from Perú, Uruguay, Japan, Bulgary, Italy and Slovenia competed to gain the title of "Champion of Champions".
